Mayor Phil Gordon, attended a special Menorah Lighting

Mayor-elect Mr. Phil Gordon, attended a special Chanukah Menorah lighting of the Chabad Teen Program in Phoenix. The ceremony was held in the Chabad House.


The Mayor was honored with lighting the menorah and was presented with a silver menorah from Rabbi Laibel Blotner, Director of Chabad Teen Program.

Addressing the crowd of 100+ teenagers, the Mayor praised the work of Chabad and pledged continued support for the teen program. He also said that it was the first time since 5th grade that he had lit a Menorah!
